I’ve never believed in putting myself in one box, and I don’t believe your fitness journey should be either.
Movement has always been a part of who I am. From strength training and football to climbing, skating, and pushing my body in new ways, I’ve built my lifestyle around evolving—physically, mentally, and intentionally. Fitness, for me, was never just about how I looked. It was about how I felt, how I showed up, and how I moved through life. Over the years, that passion turned into purpose. With over a decade of experience training men and women of all backgrounds—athletes, beginners, busy moms, and everyday individuals—I’ve learned that there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every body is different. Every goal is different. And the approach should reflect that.
That’s why I created Mint’s Body.
This isn’t just about workouts. It’s about building a body that feels strong, confident, and supported in your real life. Whether you’re training at home, balancing a busy schedule, or stepping into the gym for the first time, my goal is to meet you where you are, and elevate you from there. I combine strength training, functional movement, and intentional programming with a deeper focus on overall wellness. Because real results don’t just come from workouts, they come from how you fuel your body, how you recover, and how you take care of yourself as a whole.
